General Provisions

These terms and conditions form a legal agreement between the pk88 platform and its users. By creating an account on pk88 or using the platform, you are considered to have accepted all provisions of these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using pk88.

2.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

pk88 may request identity verification from users at any time. A national identity card, passport, or other government-issued document may be required for verification. If verification is not completed, the withdrawal process may be delayed or suspended.

Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. pk88 will never ask for your password via email, phone, or chat.

• Use a strong password and change it regularly.
• Do not share your login details with any third party.
• Do not use another person's account or allow anyone else to use your account.

• Transferring or selling your account is strictly prohibited.

Financial Transactions

4.1 Deposits

bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer can be used for deposits on pk88. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 (for each method). After a successful deposit, the balance is generally credited to your account instantly.

• Only use a payment method registered in your own name.
• Depositing using a third party's payment method is prohibited.
• pk88 does not charge any fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may charge a fee.

4.2 Withdrawals

The same payment methods are used for withdrawals — bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawals are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes.

• Account verification must be completed before requesting a withdrawal.
• Withdrawable funds earned from bonuses can only be withdrawn after the specified wagering conditions have been met.
• pk88 reserves the right to put withdrawals on hold in cases of suspicious transactions or fraud.
• The same payment method used for the deposit must be used for withdrawals.

4.3 Anti-Money Laundering Policy

pk88 maintains a strict stance against money laundering and illegal financial activity. pk88 reserves the right to notify the relevant authorities and investigate accounts in the event of any unusual or suspicious transactions.

Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. Example: deposit ৳1,000 and receive ৳1,000 in bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000. Depositing ৳12,000 or more earns the maximum bonus of ৳5,000, giving a total balance of ৳17,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

A 15x wagering requirement applies to the welcome bonus. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not the deposit. Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 15 = ৳15,000 must be wagered before withdrawal.

• A specific time limit applies for meeting the wagering requirements.
• Not all games may contribute equally to wagering — contact the support team for details.
• If a withdrawal is made while a bonus balance remains, the bonus and any earnings from it may be cancelled.
• Each bonus offer may have its own separate terms and conditions.

5.3 VIP Program

pk88's VIP program has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Each tier includes a weekly cashback benefit:

• Bronze: up to 0.3% weekly cashback
• Silver: up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Gold: up to 0.9% weekly cashback
• Platinum: up to 1.2% weekly cashback
• Diamond: up to 1.5% weekly cashback

You can advance to higher VIP tiers through consistent play.

5.4 Bonus Abuse

Bonus abuse, claiming bonuses across multiple accounts, or any attempt to obtain bonuses through fraudulent means will result in cancellation of the relevant bonus and earnings, and closure of the account.

Gaming Rules

All games on pk88 operate on the principles of fairness and fair play. Our platform uses SSL encryption and advanced security measures.

• All game outcomes are determined through Random Number Generator (RNG) technology.
• If a technical error or disconnection occurs during gameplay, the game may be considered void.
• Game history and result records are stored on pk88 servers and will be treated as final in the event of a dispute.
• If an incorrect amount is displayed due to a technical error, pk88 reserves the right to correct the amount.
• In live casino games, the dealer's decision is final, except in cases of technical error.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on pk88 and may result in account closure:

2. Using bots, automated software, or artificial intelligence to play games.
3. Colluding with other users to influence game outcomes.

6. Creating an account using a fake identity or someone else's identity.
7. Exploiting any vulnerability in pk88's system, software, or games to gain an unfair advantage.
8. Engaging in obscene, threatening, or harassing behavior toward other players or staff.

Limitation of Liability

Account Closure & Suspension

11.1 Closure at the User's Request

11.2 Closure or Suspension by pk88

pk88 may close or suspend an account in any of the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Fraudulent or suspicious activity.
• Failure to verify identity.
• Extended inactivity (generally more than 12 months).
• Voluntary self-exclusion or self-imposed restriction at the user's own request.

Dispute Resolution

• Once a complaint is received, our team will investigate and endeavour to provide a resolution as quickly as possible.
• For disputes relating to game results, pk88's server records shall be treated as final evidence.

• pk88's decision in resolving disputes is final.

Changes & Amendments
